Who we are

Ecurve Advisory is the trading name of Ecurve Global LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and company number are set out under Company details below.

What we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts, and no tracking cookies. We do not collect personal data through the site itself.

If you email us, we hold your name, email address, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and availability purposes.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Client engagement data

During an engagement we process business contact details and whatever material is shared with us under the engagement letter and any non-disclosure agreement in place. Those agreements govern confidentiality, retention, and transfer.

At engagement end, all data, architecture documents, decisions, and deliverables transfer to the client. We retain nothing beyond what we are legally required to keep.

Lawful basis

We process enquiry and engagement data on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and delivering contracted services, and on the basis of contract where an engagement is in place. Where we are required to retain records for tax or regulatory purposes, the basis is legal obligation.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the practice, such as hosting and email, and with specialist consultants engaged on a project where disclosure is necessary and covered by confidentiality terms.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Engagement records are kept for the period required by law and professional obligation, currently seven years for financial records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below.

International transfers

Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

No advice

The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not technical, security, legal, or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Advice is given only under a signed engagement letter.

No engagement

Sending us an email does not create a client relationship. Do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information before an engagement letter and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement are in place.

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error free, or that it will be available without interruption.

The content, design, and marks on this site are owned by Ecurve Advisory unless stated otherwise. You may read and share the pages; you may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
